PVE 37

The PVE37 was introduced to the residential home elevator industry in 2002 and was the first of our models produced.

With an interior cabin diameter of 32 inches and a maximum capacity of 450 lbs, this elevator can safely carry two adults up to five floors.  With an exterior diameter of 37 inches this model requires a little more space than our PVE30 but unlike other residential elevators it doesn’t require a large elevator shaft, just a 30 amp/220-volt power supply and a 39 inch hole to pass through.

Simply resting on the ground, our elevators can easily be installed in retrofit or new construction with ease. With only one door opening available per level the PVE37 offers same side or opposite side door opening. With the door width opening at 20.5 inches in can accommodate a passenger with a standard sized walker.

This elevator operates off five individual turbines, but they only use 5 kilowatts of electricity making it the cleanest, environmentally friendly home elevator. Like our other models you can choose from an array of upgrades or colors to best fit your needs.
