With an exterior diameter of 30” our single passenger lift is the world’s smallest of residential elevators. The PVE 30 is a perfect space saving solution for homes that require tight quarter installs.  With a maximum capacity of 350 lbs. this elevator has the ability to travel up to five floors (50ft) with ease.

With our unique design your able to pick from multiple colors and upgrades to best fit the needs of your home.  The PVE 30 is designed as a cost- effective, space saving alternative to taking the stairs to the next level.  Rather than requiring a large elevator shaft this model only requires a 32-inch hole to pass through to the next floor.

With a polycarbonate cylinder enjoy panoramic views during your ride to the top floor. Surprisingly these elevators only require maintenance once every 5 years or 15000 lifts to replace the main seal which is a minor inconvenience compared to a traditional elevator.
